Poke Me’s humble beginnings can be traced to Los Angeles resident and long-time sushi chef Seungmin (Min) Choi’s appreciation for bright, unique flavors of seafood, along with his vision to create a restaurant that would deliver quality taste and freshness at a price that won’t break the bank. After linking up with a pair of experienced LA restaurateurs with the know-how to execute and deliver on Min’s extensive vision, Poke Me’s first location was born.
Poke Me was an instant hit, so to capitalize on the consistent high-demand and better serve the ever-growing clientele, a second Poke Me was opened in LA’s trendy Miracle Mile district. As both locations continue to thrive, Poke Me’s team has been working diligently to develop the brand within Southern California and will have new locations opening in Palos Verdes and Irvine within the next few weeks, along with plans to expand both regionally and nationally.
