Join Coach Rickye for Tai Chi at Woodbridge Lake on Sun, 7/9 @ 8:00 a.m.
No experience is needed and everyone is welcome to join in a wonderful morning practice of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a gentle martial art and Coach Rickye teaches the short 24 form, which helps improve balance, body awareness, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress.
We will start with the basic forms of Tai Chi from 8 to 8:30 and then add on the full form from 8:30 to 9. This event is Free! Afterward, if you would like to join us, we will head to breakfast at Sessions.
