Join us for our Thursday, Sept. 1, Government Affairs Committee meeting which will feature Congresswoman Katie Porter as our guest speaker. Congresswoman Porter will discuss her priorities as she works on behalf of Orange County families. 

Congresswoman Katie Porter represents California’s 45th Congressional District in Orange County. Before being elected to Congress, she spent nearly two decades as a consumer advocate. As a single working mom, Rep. Porter knows firsthand about the challenges that families face. In Washington, Congresswoman Porter has remained committed to putting Orange County families first, asking tough questions of CEOs and government officials to hold them accountable to the American people.

She’s also a proud member of the House Natural Resources Committee, where she works tirelessly to protect our beaches and public lands, elevate science-based solutions to the climate crisis, and keep Orange County families safe from wildfires.
